WHAT I’M DOING TO MOVE MY BODY DAILY:

Since weaning Wade, I’ve gained a little wait and have been fueling my body with total crap! I realized nobody is going to take care of my body for me, so I decided to eat better and move my body for thirty minutes a day! I’m only three days in and I’m really loving it! It gives me a mid day boost and makes me feel a lot better! I plan to up the amount I do each month by ten, so hopefully by the end of the year I’m doing a LOT!

I saw this quote yesterday and couldn’t not share it! In a world of comparison and a time of resolutions, this really speaks to my heart! My word for 2021 is AUTHENTIC and that’s something I always want to be! Working in the influencer world can be really hard and the comparison game can come out to play really quick, but I try to stay rooted in who I am ALWAYS. I want to encourage you to do the same! Spend less time worrying about what others have to say / think about you, and worry MORE about what YOU say / think about you! Speak kindly to yourself. Believe in yourself. Be YOU. The only person that’s opinion truly matters when it comes to you, IS YOU! (And God, but that’s between you and Him!) Love yourself as much as I love you, sis! And that’s a lot!
